Registration and logging in.

Managing clients and searches.

How to add a client and search criteria

  1. Log in to the listing2text control panel
  2. Click on clients
  3. At the top of the page click on the green button labeled “Add new client”
  4. Fill out the desired search options
  5. Fill out the client contact information.  All of this is required
  6. Press the blue “Add Client” button

How to delete a client

  1. log in to your listing2text client portal
  2. Click on the Clients link in the left navigation
  3. Find the client you wish to delete
  4. Putt a check in the checkbox for that client on the far right side of the page
  5. Press the red “Delete Selected Clients” button on the bottom right of the page

How to edit a client and search criteria

  1. Log in to the listing2text customer control panel
  2. Click the “Clients” link in the left navigation
  3. Find the client you wish to edit
  4. Press the blue “action” button on the right side of the page
  5. Press the “Edit Client Info” link
  6. Edit contact information
  7. Press the “Search Options” tab to edit search criteria
  8. Edit criteria
  9. Press the blue “Update” button to update the search criteria

How to edit my information

  1. Log in to the listing2text customer control panel
  2. Click the “Profile” link in the left navigation
  3. Click the “Contact Information” link in the left navigation
  4. Edit information
  5. Press the blue “Update” button at the bottom of page

How to change my plan

  1. Log in to the listing2text customer control panel
  2. Click the “Profile” link in the left navigation
  3. Click the “Payment Information” link in the left navigation
  4. A select new plan from the Change subscription drop down
  5. Press the blue “Update Plan” button at the bottom left of page

How to cancel my plan

  1. Log in to the listing2text customer control panel
  2. Click the “Profile” link in the left navigation
  3. Click the “Payment Information” link in the left navigation
  4. A select new plan from the Change subscription drop down
  5. Press the blue “Update Plan” button at the bottom left of page

How to update my credit card

  1. Log in to the listing2text customer control panel
  2. Click the “Profile” link in the left navigation
  3. Click the “Payment Information” link in the left navigation
  4. Edit information
  5. Press the blue “Update Card” button at the bottom right of page

How to change my password

  1. Log in to the listing2text customer control panel
  2. Click the “Profile” link in the left navigation
  3. Click the “Change Password” link in the left navigation
  4. Enter old password
  5. Enter new password
  6. Press the blue “Change” button at the bottom  of the page
